Challenge and Product Concept

Modern students and young professionals face severe digital fragmentation, juggling overcomplicated calendars, to-do lists, and time-tracking tools that lead to cognitive overload and burnout. MaiTime was conceptualized as a centralized, intuitive mobile application designed to streamline daily scheduling and eliminate time waste. The strategic objective was to validate market viability, establish a rigorous New Product Protocol, design a functional prototype, and engineer a multi-phase digital launch plan to drive rapid early adoption.
